The Board of Directors of USEFP represents its status as a bi-national commission. The U.S. Ambassador and the Secretary, Ministry of Education, Government of Pakistan, serve as the Honorary Chairs of the Board. Each of them appoints four Board members from their own country. Board members serve a term of one year and may be reappointed.
