SAT ID Policy:
The only acceptable form of identification is a valid passport with your name, photograph, and signature. There are no exceptions to this policy.
It is very important that the name which you register with exactly matches the name appearing on your ID. For longer names on student ID (passports), the first 12 characters of the First Name and first 15 characters of the Last Name are required to match. Middle initials are optional; however, if provided the middle initial on the Admission Ticket and Roster must exactly match the first letter of the middle name on the ID.
If there are any name discrepancies, you will not be allowed to sit for your exam and will be turned away, as per the policy of College Board.
You must submit a photo with your registration for the SAT. The photo you provide will become part of your Admission Ticket. Learn more about photo requirements.
